Thank you for choosing Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage, your intelligent storage management and cleaning solution. Our app assists you in optimizing your device’s storage by cleaning duplicate photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events. It also offers advanced features like password-protected storage, file compression, and daily cleaning reminders.

By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. What We Offer

When you subscribe to Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage, you gain access to:

- Smart one-tap storage cleanup
- Intelligent management of photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events
- Advanced tools such as swipe-to-delete, password-protected storage, and file compression
- Access to upcoming new features and improvements

We also offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience the app before committing to a subscription.

2. Subscription Details

Subscription Plans

- Weekly Plan (with Free Trial): $7.99/week
- Yearly Plan (no Free Trial, discounted): $29.99/year (equivalent to approximately $0.58/week, a 93% discount)

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Subscriptions provide access to all features during the subscription period.

Free Trial

- New users may receive a 7-day free trial with the Weekly Plan.
- At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically begin unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

To manage your subscription: Open Settings → Subscriptions → Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage, you agree to:

- Use the app solely for personal, lawful purposes.
- Refrain from misusing, abusing, or manipulating the app’s services.
- Avoid attempting to bypass security features, disrupt servers, or reverse engineer the app.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, features, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Silver Pie or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the app for commercial purposes without our permission

5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer

- AI recommendations for file deletion or storage optimization may not always be perfect. Users are responsible for reviewing suggestions before confirming any deletions.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the app.
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
- Our total liability for claims relating to your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- We are not liable for data loss, device damage, or any other harm resulting from app use.
