Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage

1. INTRODUCTION

Silver Pie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Aura Cleaner: Clean Up Storage mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

For California residents: This Privacy Policy includes disclosures required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have specific rights regarding your personal information as detailed in Section 7 below.

2. INFORMATION WE ACCESS (NOT COLLECTED)

Local Device Data

To provide the App’s functionality, we require permission to access certain data on your device:

    • Contacts – to identify and remove duplicate or empty contacts
    • Photos & Videos – to find and delete duplicate media files
    • Calendar – to manage and clean calendar events

Important: All data remains stored locally on your device or in your iCloud. We do not collect, store, or transmit this information to our servers. Only you can manage or share these files.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through in-app purchases. We do not have access to your payment card information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and validate purchases. RevenueCat may collect:

    • Anonymous user identifiers
    • Purchase history and subscription status
    • Device identifiers for purchase validation

If you need to cancel a subscription purchased through our website, we may ask for your receipt number or invoice ID for verification purposes only.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

Analytics & Device Data

With your consent (via iOS App Tracking Transparency permission), third-party analytics and advertising services collect:

    • Device information: Device type, OS version, model, screen size, memory usage
    • Network information: IP address, mobile carrier, network type, connection speed
    • Location data: General location based on IP address (country, region, city)
    • Usage data: App sessions, features used, interaction patterns, in-app events

    • Tracking data: Data about your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising and advertising measurement purposes

This data is collected automatically through:

    • Firebase (Google) – App analytics and performance monitoring
    • Advertising partners – To deliver personalized advertisements and measure campaign effectiveness

You can opt out at any time through your iOS device settings (see Section 6).

Technical Data

We process standard technical information including:

    • Log files (app access times, crash reports)
    • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
    • Application identifiers and version information

    • Going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device
    • Enabling or disabling tracking for Aura Cleaner at any time

If you deny tracking permission:

    • We will not track your activity across other apps and websites
    • You will still be able to use all app features
    • You may see less personalized advertising

If you allow tracking:

    • We may track your activity to deliver more relevant ads
    • We may share tracking data with advertising partners
    • You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings

Opt-Out of Tracking & Advertising

To disable app tracking on iOS:

    1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
    2. Toggle off tracking for Aura Cleaner
    3. Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” to block all tracking requests

To disable personalized ads:

    1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
    2. Turn off “Personalized Ads”

    2. Select Aura Cleaner
    3. Set to “Never”

Note: Even after opting out, you may still see non-personalized ads based on general context.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your information:

    • Access – Request copies of data we have about you
    • Correction – Request correction of inaccurate information
    • Deletion – Request deletion of your data
    • Restriction – Limit how we process your information
    • Objection – Object to certain processing activities, including tracking for advertising
    • Portability – Receive your data in a portable format
    • Opt-out of tracking – Deny or revoke tracking permission at any time

California Residents have additional rights under CCPA, including:

    • The right to know what information is collected and how it’s shared
    • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information
    • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain automatically collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, typically:

    • Analytics data: 26 months
    • Tracking and advertising data: In accordance with our advertising partners’ policies
    • Log files: 90 days
    • Support inquiries: Until resolved, then archived

Data is deleted when no longer needed or upon your request, except where retention is required by law.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our service providers are located in the United States. If you use the App from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US and other countries where our service providers operate.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, including:

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
