Terms of Use for Orion AI – Chatbot Assistant

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Silverpie (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Orion AI – Chatbot Assistant mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Orion AI – Chatbot Assistant is an AI-powered application that provides conversational AI, content generation, image generation, document and PDF processing, summarization, resume creation, and other productivity features. Features may be modified, updated, added, or removed at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws to use the Service. Use of the Service is for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise expressly authorized.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features of the Service require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription options, durations, pricing, and trial availability are clearly disclosed within the App Store prior to purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions grant access to premium features for the duration of the subscription period, subject to fair use limits.
5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it is available to eligible new users only. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
7. Fair Use Policy
Use of the Service is subject to a Fair Use Policy to maintain performance and availability for all users. Usage limits apply to certain features, including but not limited to AI chat, image generation, and document uploads. Limits may vary by subscription status and reset periodically. If limits are exceeded, access to certain features may be temporarily restricted until limits reset or subscription status changes.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the Service, bypass system limitations, reverse engineer the application, or access the Service in an unauthorized manner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, features, design elements, and trademarks, are owned by Silverpie or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms.
10. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts and are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use such content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverpie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
