5. Advertising & Analytics

    • Analytics providers: Receive usage and diagnostic data to improve the app. Platforms we use include:

    • Tracking & advertising data: Retained per advertising partner policies
    • Customer support data: Until manually deleted or upon account deletion.

8. Your Rights

    • GDPR (EEA/UK Users): Access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Withdraw consent anytime.
    • CCPA/CPRA (California Residents): Right to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sharing/sale.

9. iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

    • Our app requests permission to track activity across apps/websites for advertising.
    • Control tracking via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

If you deny tracking:

    • No cross-app tracking occurs
    • All app features remain available
    • Ads may be less personalized

If you allow tracking:

    • We may track activity to deliver relevant ads
    • Tracking data may be shared with advertising partners
    • You can revoke permission anytime

10. Children’s Privacy

    • App is for users 13 and older
    • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such data.

11. Fair Use Policy

    • Exceeding limits may temporarily restrict access
    • Limits reset monthly (per subscription cycle)
